Your design is printed, cured, and quality-checked. This takes 1–2 business days.

Your order is packed and collected by our courier partner.

You receive an SMS and email with your tracking number and link.

Express deliveries in major cities including Lagos and Abuja.
Remote states and high-volume orders.
Orders placed before 12pm WAT on a working day enter production that day. Orders after 12pm or on weekends enter production the next business day.
Double-check your address before placing an order. We are not responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses. Contact us immediately if you spot an error.
If delivery fails, the courier will retry once more. After two failed attempts the parcel returns to us, and a fresh shipping fee applies for re-delivery.
Photograph the item and packaging before fully opening it, then email hello@dreamzone.app within 48 hours of delivery with your order number. We will replace or refund at no cost.
If tracking shows no movement for 7+ business days, contact us. We will open an investigation and, if confirmed lost, send a free replacement.
